Paulo joined the Harding’s Painting family in 2024, owning one of our newest franchises in Hamilton, Ontario. With a strong commitment to community and unmatched dedication to service excellence, Paulo embodies the values that Harding’s Painting holds dear. Bringing a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective, Paulo is set to lead our Hamilton franchise towards delivering the high-quality, reliable home improvement solutions our clients expect.
Paulo started his painting career as a means to and end while he completed his Police Foundation Course. Upon finishing the course, he became a father and decided to focus his career path on a more family friendly one that he started with his father at a younger age in Painting and Handyman work. This is where Paulo feels more comfortable. Where he can show his ability to giving great customer satisfaction, and being able to lead and direct his staff to excellence.
